Portfolio — 2026
IT professional with a B.Sc. in Information Technology, CompTIA Network+ certified, and a passion for systems administration, infrastructure, and building things that just work.
About me
I'm an IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Penn State University and CompTIA Network+ certification. My background spans hands-on systems support, network administration, and enterprise infrastructure — with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and security issues.
I'm equally comfortable working in Windows Server and Linux environments, writing automation scripts in PowerShell and Bash, or architecting data pipelines and dashboards that give organizations real operational clarity.
Outside of professional work, I maintain a home lab running UnRAID where I self-host services, experiment with containerization, and stay sharp on modern infrastructure practices. I'm relocating to Bowling Green, KY in August 2026 and actively looking for systems administration roles.

Work history
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS environments, including OS repair, data migration, and hardware replacement. Provide incident response for malware-infected systems — conducting system analysis, performing remediation, restoring files, and implementing preventive measures. Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
Collaborated directly with plant management to understand operational needs and data infrastructure. Architected and developed a Power BI dashboard integrating SQL, Access, and Excel sources to visualize key production metrics including output, defect rates, and quality indicators. Implemented automated real-time data refresh pipelines, improving operational visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making across plant operations.
Built and maintain a custom home server running UnRAID, hosting a Jellyfin media server and a locally running large language model via Ollama. Responsible for all aspects of setup and ongoing administration — storage management, network configuration, container deployment, and system security. Includes this portfolio, served via Caddy behind a Cloudflare Tunnel with zero open inbound ports.
Selected work
Designed and deployed this portfolio on a home UnRAID server, secured behind a Cloudflare Tunnel with zero open inbound ports. Static files served via Caddy inside Docker — no cloud hosting fees, full control.
Led the design and development of a real-time production dashboard for a poultry plant, integrating SQL, Access, and Excel data sources. Implemented automated refresh pipelines that gave management live visibility into output, defect rates, and quality metrics.
Built and maintain a self-hosted Jellyfin media server on UnRAID, handling storage pooling, Docker container management, and network access. Fully administered — from drive configuration and parity checks to remote access and user management.
Deployed and maintain a locally running large language model instance via Ollama on the home server. Configured compute resource allocation, model management, and API access — keeping AI tooling entirely on-premise and private.
Developed and refined a repeatable incident response workflow for malware-infected client systems at Geek Squad — encompassing system analysis, safe-mode remediation, file restoration, and hardening measures to prevent reinfection.
Graduated Fall 2025 from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Dean's List 2021–2025. Coursework spanning networking, systems administration, software development, and database management.
